1. Giveaway Overview
Enjoy Motorsports is hosting a giveaway (the "Giveaway") open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States. The prize for the Giveaway consists of the following:

• 1 Honda K24a4 engine block
• Matching crankshaft for the engine
• Universal Enjoy Motorsports ground kit
• Enjoy Motorsports 3x5 flag
• 2-pack of Enjoy Motorsports glitter stickers
• Shipping to anywhere in the 48 contiguous United States

The total value of the prize is approximately $500 USD.

2. Eligibility
This Giveaway is open to individuals who are legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, affiliates, agents, and immediate family members of Enjoy Motorsports are not eligible to participate.

3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on November 25, 2024, at 12:01 AM EST and ends on December 25, 2024, at 11:59 PM EST (the "Entry Period").

4. How to Enter
Participants can enter the Giveaway through the following methods:

• Free Entry Method:

Follow and interact with us on Instagram (you must follow us, and Like and Comment on our Black Friday announcement Reel), Threads (you must follow us, and Like and Comment on our Black Friday announcement Reel), and join our newsletter at enjoymotorsports.com.

One entry each will be provided for Instagram, Threads, and joining our newsletter. For a total of 3 possible free entries.

• Paid Entry Method:

Entries are unlimited, and the more purchases made, the more entries the participant will earn. Every dollar spent will earn 1 entry. Cents will not be rounded up. Total dollar value will be based on total purchase price after discounts are applied and does not include shipping costs.

5. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted on December 26, 2024.

6. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified via the preferred contact method provided in their entry. The winner has 48 hours from the notification time to respond to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, another winner will be selected at random.

7. Prize Details
The prize is not transferable, redeemable for cash, or exchangeable for any other product or service. Shipping of the prize is included, and the prize will be shipped to an address within the 48 contiguous United States.

• By entering this Giveaway, participants agree to comply with these official terms and conditions.
• Enjoy Motorsports reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of cheating, tampering, or violating the rules.
• Enjoy Motorsports is not responsible for any technical issues, errors, or lost entries.

10. Limitation of Liability
Enjoy Motorsports is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from participation in this Giveaway or from the acceptance or use of the prize.
